WHEREAS: Stephen Gralish dba Radio Cab Co. has made Application E-2378 for license to
operate one (1) automobile as Taxicab No. 124, upon the streets of the City
of Saint Paul, described as a 1956 Dodge Sedan, Serial No. 32244221, insured
by the Public National Insurance Co., Policy No. PAL 99448, expiring 12:01 A.M.
St. January 2, 1958, and
WHEREAS: Said applicant has filed a copy of the insurance policy with the City of Saint
Paul and said policy has been approved as to form and execution by the
Corporation Counsel, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That the license to operate said automobile as a taxicab upon the streets of
the City of Saint Paul be and the same is hereby granted to Stephen Gralish,
dba Radio Cab Co.
