RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Parks, Playgrounds and
Public Buildings is authorized to enter upon Lot 4, Block 179,
Robertson 's Addition to West St. Paul, according to the plat
thereof in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County,
Minnesota, also described as No. 20 East Indiana Avenue, and
wreck and remove the two story brick and frame duplex thereon,
and to do any and all things therein necessary for the protection
of life, limb and adjoining property.

and directing the Comsr. of Parks, P. & P. B. to enter upon the premises
and wreck the building at 20 E. Indiana Ave., as more fully described in
the attached letter of the City Architect.

Gentlemen & Madam:
Under date of May 27 , a printed copy of C. F. 182968
was mailed to Mr. Wm. Sacks in care of Mr. Marvin Gei-
ger, 26 Last Chicago Avenue , St. Paul 1 , and Mr. Ruben
Bureloff , 28 East Indiana Avenue , St. Paul 1 , which
resolution directed the wrecking and removal of the
two story brick and frame duplex on Lot 4 , Block 179 ,
Robertson 's Addition to West St. Paul , also known as
20 East Indiana Avenue , as published in the official
paper.
A letter was addressed to the Commissioner of Parks ,
Playgrounds And Public Buildings , dated June 4 , 1957 ,
by Albert M. Kueffner, Attorney, in behalf of the own-
ers of the property, requesting a rehearing of the
condemnation proceedings , which request was referred
to the City Council who denied it.
The building has not been wrecked and removed. Please ,
therefore , proceed with the condemnation action which
will authorize the Commissioner of Parks , Playgrounds
And Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck
and remove the building thereon and to do any and all
things therein necessary for the protection of life ,
limb and adjoining property.
