Sacks in care of Mr. Marvin Gei- ger, 26 Last Chicago Avenue , St. Paul 1 , and Mr. Ruben Bureloff , 28 East Indiana Avenue , St. Paul 1 , which resolution directed the wrecking and removal of the two story brick and frame duplex on Lot 4 , Block 179 , Robertson 's Addition to West St. Paul , also known as 20 East Indiana Avenue , as published in the official paper. A letter was addressed to the Commissioner of Parks , Playgrounds And Public Buildings , dated June 4 , 1957 , by Albert M. Kueffner, Attorney, in behalf of the own- ers of the property, requesting a rehearing of the condemnation proceedings , which request was referred to the City Council who denied it. The building has not been wrecked and removed. Please , therefore , proceed with the condemnation action which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks , Playgrounds And Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and remove the building thereon and to do any and all things therein necessary for the protection of life , limb and adjoining property.
