RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Parks, Playgrounds and
Public Buildings is authorized to enter upon Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, Block
2, Buckout 's Rearrangement of Moore's Addition to the City of
Saint Paul, according to the recorded plat thereof in the office
of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, also
described as No. 1004 Juno Avenue, andureck and remove the
basement home thereon, and to do any and all things therein
necessary for the protection of life, limb and adjoining property.

which resolution directed the wrecking and removal of the
basement home on Lots 1 , 2, 3, 4, Block 2, Buckout's Re.
of Moore 's Addition to the City of Saint Paul , also known
as 1004 Juno Avenue , as published in the official paper.
No appeal has been filed with this office for a rehearing
of the condemnation proceedings and the building has
not been removed. Please proceed with the condemnation
action which will authorize the Commissioner of Parks ,
Playgrounds And Public Buildings to enter upon the proper-
ty and wreck and remove the buildings thereon, and to do
any and all things therein necessary for the protection
of life , limb, and adjoining property.
