1 WHEREAS, on July 15, 2009, the City Council of the Ciry of Saint Paul adopted Council File #09-774,
2 said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for property clean-up on private properiy from March
3 31 to April 15, 2009 (File No. J0908A, Assessment No. 8672); and

WHEREAS, the property at 904 Sherburne Avenue, being described as:

7 VERNON-ADDITION TO ST. PAUL, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA LOT 4 BLK 2;

9 with the property identification number 35-29-23-24-0099 was assessed an amount of $391.00 for property
10 clean up; and

12 WHEREAS, the Legislative Hearing Officer recommends deleting the assessment as the property owner
13 did not receive proper legal notification.

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be deleted, plus
any accrued interest; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the reduction of $391.00, plus any accrued interest, be funded by the
Exempt Assessment Fund. Council File #09-774 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
