Rein Co. , 105 Pioneer Building , St. Paul 1 and James Maher, 4372 N. Hamline Avenue , St. Paul 13, which resolution directed the wrecking and removal of the three story frame apartment building on Lot 3, Block 1 , Jilson's Subdivision of Lots 3, 4 , 5 , 6, 7 , 8 , 9 , and 10, Guerin's Outlots , St. Paul , also known as 774 Park Avenue , as published in the official paper. A letter was addressed to the Council , dated June 6 , by Clayton G. Rein, requesting a rehearing of the condemna- tion proceedings , which request was denied by the Coun- cil . The building has not been wrecked and removed. Please therefore proceed with the condemnation action which will authorize the Commissioner of Public Buildings to enter upon the property and wreck and remove the build- ing thereon, and to do any and all things therein neces- sary for the protection of life , limb and adjoining property.
