Road within the City enter into an agreement with the County, a
copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and Clerk be and they
hereby are authorized to execute said Agreement for and on
behalf of the City.

Gentlemen:
I am transmitting to you herewith six copies of an agreement
between the City of St. Paul and the County of Ramsey which are
to be executed in accordance with requirements of the Minnesota High-
way Department. This is incident to the reconstruction of Larpenteur
Avenue between Dale Street and Fernwood Street. This agreement has
been signed by the proper County officials.
Will you please approve this agreement and cause it to be signed
by the Mayor and City Clerk on Page 2 and by the City Clerk on Page 3.
You may retain one copy for your files. The other five copies
of this agreement will be picked up by someone from this office,
Wednesday, June 12, 1957, to be delivered to the Minnesota Highway
Department.
