RESOLVED, That the Purchasing Agent be and he hereby is authorized
with the consent of the Mayor and the Comptroller, to issue Purchase
Order to LATUFF BROS. for Repairs and Parts for International Truck
#158 damaged by accident, at a cost of $713.02, without advertisement
or competitive bids as an emergency existed where failure to act
promptly would work hardship to the best interests of the City.
