COUNCIL RESOLUTION-GENERAL FORM

RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, upon and in
conformance with the recommendation of said City's Sinking Fund. Committee, that
the proper officers of said. City be and hereby are authorized and directed to
release and deliver to the First National Bank of Saint Paul the following securities
assigned to said City as collateral for said City's deposits in said Bank, to—wit:
$2,000,000 U. S. Treasury 1-7/8% Notes, A-59, due
February 1,5, 1959
and accept in lieu thereof, for the same purposes and subject to the same
conditions, the following:
$2,000,000 U. S. Treasury 20 Bonds, due November 15, 1961
