WHEREAS, the Office of the Corporation Counsel has
certified in writing that it is in doubt as to who is
entitled to the award of damages, in the amount of $35. 00, for
the taking of the following:
A temporary easement for construction purposes on
the West four ��d. 4) feet of East ten (E. 10) feet
of Lot Eleven (11), Block Sixteen (16) , Desnoyer
Park;
said award having been confirmed by Council File No. 174535,
approved August 10, 1955; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That a warrant be drawn for said sum of $35. 00,
payable to E. J. Fitzgerald, Clerk of District Court, Second
Judicial District, Ramsey County, Minnesota, for the party
or parties entitled thereto.
