RESOLVED, that Grudem Bros. be permitted to install and
operate a customer parking lot at the southwest corner of
Hague and St. Albans, on Lot 1 and the east 25 feet of lot 2,
Block 7, Holcombe' s Addition, in accordance with applicant 's
plans approved May 2, 1957, and subject to compliance with the
provisions of all ordinances governing the operation of parking
lots, and subject further to the condition that sidewalks abutting
said premises be kept clean and free of ice and snow at all times.

the attached application of Grudem Bros. for permit to install
and operate a customer- parking lot at the southwest corner of
Hague and St. Albans, on Lot 1, east 25 ft. of Lot 2, Block 7,
Holcombe's Addition, in accordance with applicant's plans
approved May 2, 1957.

Dear Sir:
This is in the matter of the application of Grudem Bros.
for a permit to install and operate a customer-parking
lot on the property located adjacent to the southwest
corner of Hague and St. Albans. The property is described
as follows: Lot 1, $ast 25' of lot 2 - block 7 - Holcombe's
Addition.
The property was originally zoned "C" residence and was re-
classified into "Commercial" in 1956 in conjunction with a
proposal to establish a super market on this property. This
parking lot permit will authorize the construction of a cus-
tomer-parking lot incident to the Iinowlan Super Market
which is being constructed in the area.
The lot has a frontage of 65' on Hague and extends a dis-
tance of 110' on St. Albans. The parking lot will have a
capacity of approximately 20 cars and will serve a Super
Market building of some 9-,120 sq. ft .
Theapplicant's plans meet existing standards as to lay-out
and design and have been approved from the standpoint of
traffic.
In consideration of these factors, the .oning Board re-
commends that a permit be granted in accordance with the
applicant's plans approved May 2, 1957.
