WHEREAS, it is necessary far the City of Saint Paul
' to take borings for the St. Peter Street sewer extension
on and across the railroad right-of-way of the Chicago,
Milwaukee, St. Paul and Pacific Railroad Company, and
WHEREAS, the City of Saint Paul has engaged the
Twin City Testing and Engineering Laboratory Inc. to
do said work; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the Commissioner of Public Works is
hereby authorized to execute a contract with the
aforementioned Railroad and Testing Company for the
purpose of accomplishing this boring.
