WHEREAS, the City Council, on the 28th day of May
1957, by Ordinance No. 11008, did grant to Oliver C.
Statham permission to connect a sewer from his property
to the Saint Paul sewer system, and
WHEREAS, the Village of Falcon Heights will construct
its sewer this summer, passing by the Oliver C. Statham
property at 1570 Snelling Drive, and
WHEREAS, said Ordinance has been repealed, therefore
be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City officers are hereby
authorized to refund to Oliver C. Statham, the sum of
$375.00 deposited by him for said sewer connection, after
deducting the expenses of publication in this matter.
