RESOLVED, That the proper City officers be authorized to issue
a warrant in favor of Lillian Winkel, 1281 E. 3rd Street, in the sum of
$20.00, as a refund on golf playing permit No. 2022, said Lillian Winkel,
due to illness which has incapacitated her, will be unable to make use of
said golf permit for the golf playing season.
