While I expect to be at the hearing on September 10, I thought it might be wise to inform your office that my father, as owner of three lots totaling 150 feet, on Wabasha at Fillmore, is opposed to the ornamental lighting. We feel that the night traffic on Wabasha Street is so light that it hardly could justify any change in lighting, that the nature of the property on Wabasha Street is not such as to erzforer commercial bene- fit from improved lighting. c n i r" We further feel that such street lighting is not directly beneficial to the adjacent property and that it is not fair for the property owner to bear a disproportionate amount of the cost. =ry t ul • Carl L.
