Council City of St. Paul Dear Council Members: This Department has investigated the condition of the two story frame single family dwelling at 402 North Dale Street , which is described as Except N. 125 ft. of Lot 15 and Except E . 10 ft. of Lot 17 , All of Lot 16, Block 10 , Mackubin & Marshall ' s Addition to Saint Paul . It is approximately 24 by 34 by 24 feet , vacant , doors and windows missing , dilapidated beyond reapir, and danger- ous to life , limb and adjoining property. It should be wrecked and removed. A Danger Notice has been posted and the owner, John E. Blomquist , Inc. , Empire Bank Building , St. Paul 1 , Minne- sota , was notified to wreck and remove this building .
