COMMISSIONER
RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held by and before the
Council of the City of Saint Paul, in the Council Chamber of the
Court House and City Hall, in said City, at ten otclock A. M.
on June 28, 1957, upon the advisability and necessity of the
repair, replacement , remodeling, or wrecking and removal of
the two story frame single family dwelling at 402 North Dale
Street, described as Except N. 125 feet of Lot 15 and Except
E. 10 feet of Lot 17, all of Lot 16, Block 10, Mackubin &
Marshallts Addition to Saint Paul, according to the plat thereof
recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County,
Minnesota , because said structure is reported to be dangerous and
unsafe to life, limb and adjoining property.

Dear Council Members:
This Department has investigated the condition of the two
story frame single family dwelling at 402 North Dale
Street , which is described as Except N. 125 ft. of Lot 15
and Except E . 10 ft. of Lot 17 , All of Lot 16, Block 10 ,
Mackubin & Marshall ' s Addition to Saint Paul .
It is approximately 24 by 34 by 24 feet , vacant , doors
and windows missing , dilapidated beyond reapir, and danger-
ous to life , limb and adjoining property. It should be
wrecked and removed.
A Danger Notice has been posted and the owner, John E.
Blomquist , Inc. , Empire Bank Building , St. Paul 1 , Minne-
sota , was notified to wreck and remove this building .
Please institute condemnation action by setting a public
hearing date in accordance with Section 107.2 of the build-
ing code .
