Examples of work performed: To check delivery slips against invoices, and to make up requisitions =� for payment. To keep time records and prepare payroll. To keep records on tire and vehicle mileage, and gas and oil consumption on all Public Safety vehicles. To keep insurance records on vehicles and buildings. To maintain record of gasoline deliveries and to prepare schedule of tax exempt gas used in Fire Department apparatus. To maintain records on impounded vehicles. To maintain inventory of supplies.
