To the Honorable, The City Council City of St. Paul, Minnesota Gentlemen and Madam: We, the undersigned, being the owners of the property set opposite our respective names, do hereby respectfully petition your Honorable Body to oppose and reject that certain petition for the improvement of the "L" shaped alley in the block bounded by Prior, Oakley, Lynnhurst and Feronia. At the time the petition was filed in June of 1953 for this improvement, many of the undersigned joined in the petition with the understanding that it would merely constitute a grading of the alley, and we do oppose the improvements as presently proposed for grading, surfacing and establishin of a partial storm sewer drainage system in the alley, and do hereby petition your Honor- able Body to oppose and reject the improvement of the above described alley.
