WHEREAS, Additions and D-ductions which might prove to be necessary in the
improvement described as the Curbing of Geranium Avenue from Earl Street
to Cypress Street, Comptroller's Contract L-5790, Pederson Bros., Contractor,
has '-)een provided for in the Specifications, and
WHEREAS, it has been found necessary to make the following Additions and
Deductions:
ADDITIONS: 24 ft. Curb removed @ 0.40 9.60
15 ft. Straight curb @ 2.40 36.00
9 ft. Radius curb @ 2.70 24.30 •
2 ea. Side Inlets (com.) @ 12.00 24.00
1200 ft. Stone gutter @ 0.10 120.00 $213.90

NET DEDUCTION $ 40.10
WHEREAS, the total net deduction is $40.10, now therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul, through its City Council approves the fore-
going Deduction, made in accordance with the Specifications in the sum of
$40.10, said amount to be deducted from the lump sum consideration named in
the Contract, known as Comptroller's Contract L-5790, for the making of the
above Improvement.
The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the above named
Contractor that the sum of $40.10 is the correct amount to be deducted from
the above Contract.
