WHEREAS, Additions and Deductions which might prove to be necessary in the
Improvement described as the Curbing of Cook Avenue from Arcade Street
to Weide Street, Comptroller's Contract L-5809, Pederson Bros., Contractors,
have been provided for in the Specifications, and
WHEREAS, it has been found necessary to make the following Additions:
ADDITIONS: Rebuild the bottom of the Catch Basin 15.00
Rebuild the Catch Basin top 1 ft. extra 12.00
$ 27.00
WHEREAS, the total net addition is $27.00, now therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul, through its City Council approve the
foregoing Addition, made in accordance with the Specifications in the sum
of $27.00, said amount to be added to the lump sum consideration named in
the Contract, known as Comptroller's Contract L-5809, for the making of
the above Improvement.
The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed witht ehe above named
Contractor that the sum of $27.00 is the correct amount to be added to the
above Contract.
