Whereas, A written proposal for the
making of the following improve-

Construct a sewer from the existing
sewer in Nebraska Ave. (vacated) to
PRELIMINARY ORDER.
The undersigned hereby proposes the making of the following public improvement by the City of Saint Paul. viz.:
Construct a serer from the existing sewer in Nebraska Ave.(vacated) to
Montana Ave. in a 20 ft. wide easement(to be obtained), the center line of said
easement(to be obtained) being the center line of Park St.(vacated); in Park St.
from Montana Ave. to 166 ft. north of Iowa Ave.; in Montana Ave. from Park St. to
Sylvan St.; in Hoyt Ave. from 335 ft. west f Park St. to 1iS5 ft. east of Park St.;
and in Iowa Ave. from 335 ft. west of Park St. to 115 ft. east of Park St.— all of
which is to be known as the PARK—I'7(A SE;) H SYST .

therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Commissioner of Public Works be and is hereby ordered and directed:
1. To investigate the necessity for, or desirability of, the making of said improvement.
2. To investigate the nature, extent and estimated cost of said improvement, and the total cost thereof.
3. To furnish a plan, profile or sketch of said improvement.
4. To state whether or not said improvement is asked for on the petition of three or more owners.
5. To report upon all of the foregoing matters to the Commissioner of Finance.
