Whereas. A written proposal for the
making of the following improvement,
viz.:
and Grade and surface with bituminous
PRELIMINARY ORDER.
The undersigned hereby proposes the making of the following public improvement by the City of Saint Paul,viz.:
Grade and surface with bituminous JAaterial the North—East and West alley
from English St. to the North and South alley, and the North and South alley from
the North—East and West, alley to the South—East and West alley, and the South—Bast
and West alley from the North and South alley to Point Douglas Road — all in Block
2, Point Douglas Addition.
Also constructing a sewer in the South—East and lest alley from the North and
South alley- to English St. in said Block 2, Point Douglas Addition,
PRELIMINARY ORDER.
WHEREAS, A written proposal for the making of the following improvement, viz.:
Grade and surface with bituminous material the North—East and West alley
from English St. to the North and South alley, and the North and South alley from
the North—East and West alley to the South—East and West alley, and the South—East
and West alley from the North and South alley to Point Douglas Road — all in Block
2, Point Douglas Addition.
Also constructing a sewer in the South—East and West alley from the North and
South alley to English St, in said Block 2, Point Douglas Addition.
3. To furnish a plan, profile or sketch of said improvement.
4. To state whether or not said improvement is asked for on the petition of three or more owners.
5. To report upon all of the foregoing matters to the Commissioner of Finance.
