therefor, and hereby awards con act for the Construction of a Sewer on Easement in
Lot 33, Block 3 Ware & Hospes Addition, and Lot 49, Block 3 Ware & Hospes Addition,
to AVOLES CONTRACTING COMPANY in accordance with City plans and specifications
therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #6281 of said Avoles Contracting Company
for the contract price of $4975.00 (Plus Engineering $298.00 and plus Inspection
$100.00 by City Forces) such bid being the lowest and said Avoles Contracting Company
being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is
directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City
officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of
