RESOLVED, pursuant to the recommendation of the Corporation Counsel
and Valuation Fngineer, the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is authorized,
in behalf of the City of Saint Paul, to stipulate in the pending Ramsey County
Minnesota, District Court eminent domain proceeding, File No. 295137, entitled
"State of Minnesota and City of St. Paul, Petitioners, vs. Joseph Pearlman et
al, Respondents" for the settlement of all controversies represented by the
pending appeal of Leo Altshuler and Beba. Altshuler from the Award of Damages
for the taking and condemnation therein by said Petitioners of the real estate
described as Parcel 122A, as reported by the Commissioners, in the sum of
$2,250.00, for the increase thereof so that the same shall be "3,100.00 without
interest thereon; and for the settlement of all controversies represented by
the pending appeal of Leo Altshuler and Beba Altshuler from the Award of Damages
for the taking and condemnation therein by said. Petitioners of the ,real estate
described as Parcel 122B, as reported by the Commissioners, in the sum of
$5,250.00, for the increase thereof so that the same shall be $5,600.00 without
interest thereon, subject, in each instance, to the dismissal of the involved
Appeal with prejudice.
