RESOLVED, that pursuant to Section 418.71, Minnesota Statutes
19/41 , and upon delivery to the Corporation Counsel of a release approved
by him, Arthur A. Succo and Mutual Service Casualty Insurance Company be
paid $¢1200.00 out of the Judgment and Compromise Fund in full payment
of injuries and damages sustained in an accident on September 27, 1956,
with Richard Harris, who was at the time operating a fire enr,ine for the
City in the performance of his official duties, said insurance company
being subrogated in part to the rights of claimant Arthur =. &ucco.
