RESOLVED, that the Council of the City of St. Paul hereby approves the
application of Bert McMullen, Special Assistant Attorney General, as
submitted to the County Auditor, for the abatement of the general taxes
for 1955 on ten parcels of real estate, as described in the application,
together with sprinkling assessments, totaling $1,125.74, and recommends
that the Commissioner of Taxation of the State of Minnesota cancel said
taxes and assessments.
