WHEREAS: License No. 2455, expiring March 22, 1958, for Grocery, Off Sale Malt
Beverage and Cigarette was issued under C. F. No. 182239 to Abraham
Kleyma.n at 243 East Fairfield .Avenue, and
WEE'3EAS: Abraham Kleyman discontinued handling Off Sale halt Beverage as of
the renewal date, and requests a refund of the fee posted for the
Off Sale Malt Beverage license, therefore be it
RESOLVED: That License No. 2455, expiring March 22, 1958, issued to Abraham
Kleyman, 253 East Fairfield Avenue be and the same is hereby amended
by deleting "Off Sale Malt Beverage" , and be it
FURTHER, RESOLVED: That the prover city o_"'ficers be an they are hereby authorized
to refund to Abraham Kleyman the fee of $15.Or which was posted
