Council City of St. Paul Gentlemen: There is a basement home at 1004 Juno Avenue , St. Paul 2, on Lots 1 , 2, 3, 4, Block 2, Buckout's Rearrangment of Moore 's Addition to the City of St. Paul. This is an illegal structure , 36 by 31 , which has been vacant for a number of years , the cement floor has heav- ed and the walls are falling apart. It is an eyesore as well as a moral hazard in the neighborhood and should be wrecked and removed. The last known record owners are : John L. & Margaret F. Lentsch, 1756 E. Minnehaha Ave. Vernie-Mae L. Czaky & Wynne Fairfield , c/o Karl Hotel , 341 St. Peter St. , St. Paul 2 Edw. G.
