WHEREAS , the people of the City of Saint Paul,
through various mediums of public communication, have
indicated their overwhelming support of the recently
passed enabling legislation for daylight saving time,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the common council of the City
of Saint Paul hereby urges the Board of County Commissioners
of the County of Ramsey to take advantage of the enabling
legislation passed last week and adopt the necessary
Resolution to establish daylight saving time in Ramsey
County and the City of Saint Paul.
