RESOLVED, That the Council he -b approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor, and hereby awards contract for the Construction of a Sewer on Virginia
Street from 25' N. of Nebraska Avenue to Larpentaur Avenue, to WEBSTER COMPANY
iu accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto attached and
the Formal Bid #6298 of said Webster Company for the contract price of $19,318.00,
(plus $1546.00 Engineering and plus $386.00 Inspection by City Forces) , such bid
being the lowest and said Webster Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder
and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form
of contract therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to
