Gentlemen:
We have made periodical inspections of the building at
774 Park Avenue , located on Lot 3, Block 1 , Jilson' s
Subdivision of Lots 3, 4 , 5 , 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, Guerin's
Outlots , St. Paul , Minnesota .
This is a three story frame apartment building in very
dilapidated condition, upon which a condemnation was im-
posed by C. F. 176329 and 176670 , the latter adopted
February 2, 1956. The condemnation action was not carried
through as the contract purchaser, Mr. James Maher took
out a building permit No. 28450 on March 21 , 1956 , for
extension repairs, but to date nothing substantial has been
done . C. G. Rein Co. is listed as owner.
We are requesting that the condemnation be reimposed and a
public hearing date set in accordance with Section lo7.2
of the building code.
