Council City of St. Paul Gentlemen: There is a two story brick and frame duplex and also a garage at 20 East Indiana Avenue , on Lot 4, Block 179, Robertson's Addition to West St. Paul. The building is 23 by 50 by 24, with full basement, and a 10 by 21 brick addition on the rear. The garage is located on the rear of the lot. Doors and windows have been broken out. The buildings are old , dilapidat- ed beyond reasonable repair, and should be wrecked and removed. The last known record owner is Mr. William Sachs , former- ly of this address , now under guardianship of Marvin Geiger, 26 East Chicago Avenue , St. Paul 7, Minnesota .
