RESOLVED, that a public hearing be held by and before
the Council of the City of Saint Paul, in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall, in said City, at ten o'clock A. M.
on May 14, 1957, upon the advisability and necessity of the
repair, replacement, remodeling, or wrecking and removal of the
two-story brick and frame duplex and garage on Lot 4, Block 179,
Robertson' s Addition to West St . Paul, according to the plat
thereof recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of
Ramsey County, Minnesota, also described as No. 20 East Indiana
Avenue, because said structure is reported to be dangerous and
unsafe to life, limb and adjoining property.

Gentlemen:
There is a two story brick and frame duplex and also a
garage at 20 East Indiana Avenue , on Lot 4, Block 179,
Robertson's Addition to West St. Paul.
The building is 23 by 50 by 24, with full basement, and
a 10 by 21 brick addition on the rear. The garage is
located on the rear of the lot. Doors and windows
have been broken out. The buildings are old , dilapidat-
ed beyond reasonable repair, and should be wrecked and
removed.
The last known record owner is Mr. William Sachs , former-
ly of this address , now under guardianship of Marvin
Geiger, 26 East Chicago Avenue , St. Paul 7, Minnesota .
Danger Notices have been posted and we are asking you
to set a hearing date in connection with condemnation
action as outlined by Section 107.2 of the Building Code.
