RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee therefor,
and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and services necessary
for and reasonably incidental to the installation of concrete curbs, sidewalks and
sand box for Homecroft Playground at Edgcumbe Road and Sheridan Avenue, Saint Paul,
Minnesota, to PEDERSON BROTHERS in accordance with City plans and specifications
therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #6300 of said Pederson Brothers for the
contract price of $6,200.00, such bid being the lowest and said Pederson Brothers
being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is
directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City officials
hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of St. Paul.
