RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee therefor,
and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and services necessary
for and reasonably incidental to the compaction of the subgrade on all areas to re-
ceive bituminous surfacing, the placing of a stabilized base, bituminous surfacing
and seal coating for Homecroft Playground at Edgcumbe Road and Sheridan Avenue, Saint
Paul, Minnesota to ST. PAUL SHEET ASPHALT COMPANY in accordance with City plans and
specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #6301 of said St. Paul Sheet
Asphalt Company for the contract price of $3,320.00, such bid being the lowest, and
said St. Paul Sheet Asphalt Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the
Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract
therefor, and the proper City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract
on behalf of the City of St.- Paul-
