WHEREAS: Application E-1232 for Confection icense applied for by David H. Finkelstein
at 280 West Seventh Street was Passed by the City Council on April 9, 1957, under
C. F. No. 181423 and license issued at this location is subject to certain
restrictions, therefore, be it
RESOLVED: That License No. 2585 issued to David H. Finkelstein be and the same is hereby
amended by adding the restrictions, that the grounds be prepared and maintained
so as to be dustless, that the debris be picked up and removed daily from the
premises, and that the sidewalks around the property be cleared of snow; and
ice during the winter.
