In the Matter of improving the area referred to as the KNAPP/RAYMOND RSVP (Residential Street
Vitality Project), by constructing a new bituminous surface streets with concrete curb and gutter, concrete
driveway aprons and outwalks, boulevazds landscaped with sod and trees, and a new lantern style lighting
system and doing all other necessary work to complete said project surrounded by Carter Avenue on the
north, Cleveland Avenue on the east, Como Avenue on the south, and Como Avenue on the west. Also,
lead water services in the right-of-way will be replaced.
Preliminary Order: 08-1304 approved 11/26/08
Final Order: 08-1390 approved 12/17/08
The assessments of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with the above improvement
having been submitted to the Council having considered same and found the said assessment satisfactory; now,
therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 7th dav of October,
2009 at the hour of Five-Thirty P.M., in the Council Chambers of the Court House and City Hall Building, in
the City of Saint Paul; that the V aluation and Assessment Engineer give notice of said meetings, as required by
the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement, anc����
assessed against the lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
