Dear Sir:
Contract Number G-328 was awarded to the Steenberg
Construction Company for General Construction of the
Municipal Stadium, the contract specifications calling
for a date for completion of April 1, 1957.
During the course of the work under this contract
certain change orders have been approved, and as a result
of these, the Contractor has submitted a request for an
extension of time of completion to April 25, 1957, this
being a reasonable request under the circumstances.
It is therefore requested that a Resolution be sub-
mitted to the Council authorizing an extension of time
for completion of contract number G-328 until April 25,
1957.
