Resolved, That the proper officials
of the City of Saint Pan! ?rP Ineby,
RESOLVED, that the proper officials of the City of
Saint Paul are hereby authorized to accept the attached
Grant of Easement for sewer purposes, of the following
described property:
The South five (S 5) feet of Lot eleven (11) ,
and the North five (N 5) feet of Lot twelve
(12) , Block five (5) , Willard Linder Addition
No. 2, according to the plat thereof on file
and of record in the office of the Register of
Deeds in and for said County.
The North twenty (N 20) feet of the South twenty-
five (S 25 ) feet of Lot eleven (11) , Block five
(5) , Willard Linder Addition No. 2, according to
the plat thereof on file and of record in the
office of the Register of Deeds in and for said
County.
The South twenty (S 20) feet of the North twenty-
five (N 25) feet of Lot twelve (12) , Block five
(5) , Willard Linder Addition No. 2, according to
the plat thereof on file and of record in the
office of the Register of Deeds in and for said
County.
