RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee
therefor, and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and
services necessary for and reasonably incidental to the Installation of Concrete
Parking Blocks on the Parking Lots at the Municipal Stadium on Snelling Avenue,
between the Great Northern Railway Company's Right of Way and the Northern Pacific
Railway Company's Right of Way, in the City of Saint Paul, Minnesota, to TWIN CITY
PAVING COMPANY in accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto
attached and the Formal Bid #6295 of said Twin City Paving Company at a contract
price of $1850.00, such bid being the only bid and said Twin City Paving Company
being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and
hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor and the proper
City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City
