Whereas, Additionsand Deductions which might prove to be necessary in the
improvement described as the Jackson - Wheelock Sewer System, Comptroller's
Contract L-5753, I.J. Donnelly Contracting Co. have been provided for in the
specifications, and

Whereas, the total net deduction is $417.08, now therefore be it
Resolved, that the City of St. Paul, through its City Council approved
the foregoing Deduction, made in accordance with the Specifications in
the sum of $417.08, said amount to be deducted from the lump sum consid-
eration named in the Contract, known as Comptroller's Contract L-5753, for
the making of the above Improvement.
The Commissioner of Public Works has agreed with the above named
Contractor that the sum of $417.08 is the correct amount to be deducted
from the above Contract. , 1 19'57
