This property is described as Lot 9, Block 8, College Park Addition. The zoning is Light Industry. The property was formerly used for a filling station. The small filling station building located thereon is presently vacant. This property is atriangular area with a frontage of 135 feet on Marshall coming to a point at the intersection of Snelling and Marshall. The applicants propose to install and operate adry cleaning pick-up station in accordance with the applicant's plans approved June 20, 1957 which have been approved subject to the understanding that applicant will re- locate the easterly driveway on Marshall should the Traffic Engineer find problems resulting from improper traffic circulation. In consideration of the commercial character of the surrounding area the Zoning Board finds no objection to this small facility at this point. In consideration of these factors the Zoning Board recommends that this permit be granted in accordance with plans approved June 20,1957 and subject to the Traffic Engineer's recommendation.
