OFFICE OF THE COMMISSIONER OF FINANCE P-) Report of Completion of Assessment June 11 19 57 In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for grading Quirnia Avenue from Edgcumbe Road to St. Paul Avenue, 184, 677 under Preliminary Order 171+985 , approved September 13, 1955 Intermediary Order 175162 _, approved September 27, 1955 Final Order 1751+90 _, approved October 25, 1955 _ To the Council of the City of St. Paul: The Commissioner of Finance hereby reports to the Council the following as a statement of the ex- penditures necessarily incurred for and in connection with the making of the above improvement, viz: Cost of construction. $ 1,870.11. _ Engineering $ 175.00 Inspection fees Postal cards. $ 0.30 Publications $ 2.25 Court costs for confirmation $ 0.75 Total expenditures $ 2,048.44 Said Commissioner further reports that he has assessed and levied the total amount as above ascer- tained, to-wit: the sum of $ 2,011-6.44 upon each and every lot, part or parcel of land deemed benefited by the said improvement, and in the case of each lot, part or parcel of land in accordance with the benefits conferred thereon; that the said assessment has been completed, and that hereto attached, identified by the signature of the said Commissioner, and made a part hereof, is the said assessment as completed by him, and which is herewith submitted to the Council for such action thereon as may be considered proper.
