• RESOLVED, That the Council hereby ap.r• es the award of the Contract Committee
therefor, and hereby awards contrac for the Construction of a Sewer in Ivy
Avenue from Clarence Street to 1851 West of Birmingham Street, to PETER LAMETTI
CONSTRUCTION CO. in accordance with City plans and specifications therefor hereto
attached and the Formal Bid #6449 of said Peter Lametti Construction Company
for the contract price of $3319.80 (Plus engineering $266.00 and plus inspection
$66.00 by City Forces, such bid being the lowest and said Peter Lametti Construction
Company being a reasonable and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and
hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor and the proper
City officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City
