OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK COUNC RES• TION-GENERAL FORM I/ PRESENTED BY COMMISSIONER t �/ DATF RESOLVED, that the two story frame fourplex at 401-6 North Dale Street, in Saint Paul, described as Except N. 125 feet of Lot 15 \ and except E. 10 feet of Lot 17, and all of Lot 16, Block 10, Mackubin Marshall's Addition to Saint Paul, according to the plat thereof recorded - in the office of the Register of Deeds of Ramsey County, Minnesota, was and is, by reason of its structural condition, unsafe and dangerous to life, limb and adjoining property; that said structure is incapable of reasonable repair, replacement or remodeling so as to make the same reasonably safe, and should. be wrecked and removed from said land; and it is ordered that said structure be forthwith wrecked. and removed from said land by and at the separate cost and expense of the owner, occupant, or other person in control thereof.
