RESOLVED, That the Council hereby approves the award of the Contract Committee therefor
and hereby awards contract for furnishing all labor, materials and services necessary
for and reasonably incidental to the Wrecking of Dwelling, Shed and removal of
Miscellaneous Concrete and Debris located at 769 North. Grotto Street, described as lots
1 and 2 and the east 22.2 feet of lot 3, Block 2, Joseph R. Weide's Rearrangement of
Block 3 and North i of Block 2, Winter's Addition, Saint Paul, Minnesota to KNUD NIELSEN
in accordance with City specifications therefor hereto attached and the Formal Bid #6420
of said Knud Nielsen, City to pay Contractor $245.00, such bid being the lowest and said
Knud Nielsen being a reliable and reasonable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and
hereby is directed to draw up the proper form of contract therefor, and the proper City
officials hereby are authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of St. Paul.
