` Resolution of Council Approving Assessment
and Fixing Time of Hearing Thereon
In the matter of the assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for
graveling and oiling the roadways of Orange Avenue from Ruth St. to Ivy Avenue
and Pedersen St. from Iawthorne Ave. to Iyacinth Avenue,
under Preliminary Order 169287 , approved_ July 13, 1951
Intermediary Order 169576 , approved August 3, 1954
Final Order 169951. , approved August 31, 1951+
The assessment of benefits, costs and expenses for and in connection with
the above improvement having been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said assessment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the 31st
day of July , 19 57 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A. M., in the Council Chamber of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, the total cost thereof, and the amount assessed against the
lot or lots of the particular owner to whom the notice is directed.
