RESOLVED, That an extra in the amount of $130.73 be allowed
under contract number G-558 between the City of Saint Paul
and the Pavek Construction Company, Incorporated, said
contract for the Construction of a New Pavilion at Highland
Park, and said extra to cover changes in size and additions
to the redwood and clear fir board, these having been requested
by the Commissioner of Parks, Playgrounds and Public Buildings,
and agreement made with the Contractor, and a memorandum of
said agreement having been filed with the Comptroller and
countersigned by him.

Dear Sir:
Contract Number G-558 was awarded to the Pavek Con-
struction Company, Incorporated, for the Construction of a
New Pavilion at Highland Park.
During the course of the work under the contract, it
has been found necessary to make some changes in redwood
from 1 x 8 to 2 x 8 and some changes from 2 x 8 to 2 x 10,
and also to install clear fir board on the end of trusses,
and negotiations have been conducted with the Contractor who
agrees to make these changes in the redwood and the addition
of clear fir board for the amount of $130.73 which is a
reasonable amount for the labor and material involved.
It is therefore requested that a Resolution be submitted
to the Council authorizing an addition in the amount of $130.73
to contract number G-558 to cover the above described work.
