Council, known as Council File No. 177826 approved y 11, 19 56 , relative to
condemning and taking an easement in the land necessary for slopes, cuts and fills in
the grading of Pacific Street; McLean Avenue and Suburban Avenue from Hazelwood Street
to Kennard Street, and Kennard Street from Burns Avenue to State Trunk Highway No. 12,
and having investigated the matters and things referred to therein, hereby reports:
