OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK COUNCIL RESOLUTION-GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY COMMISSIONS'��/a%s�,� DATE W}IE LEAS, the Joint Court house and City hall Committee, in session on June 7, 1957, considered reports of the various City and County offices of record as to the amount of business conducted by said offices on Monday evenings commencing May 6, 1957, which reports are on file in the County Auditor's Officejand reported to the City Council and Board of Ramsey County Commissioners that the amount of business handled on those Monday evenings from 4:30 P.M. to 7:30 P.M. in those offices indicate that it is impractical to continue the practice of remaining open Monday evenings and recom- mended that all City and County offices, including those of record, close at 4:30 P.N. on each Monday as on other workdays, now there- fore be it RESOLVED, that city offices, including those of record, close at 4:30 P.M. on Mondays as is customary on other workdays.
