RESOLVED, That an extra in the amount of $2, 170.34 be allowed
under Contract Number G-328 between the City of Saint Paul
and the Steenberg Construction Company, said contract for
General Construction of the Municipal Stadium, and said extra
to cover certain changes and additions involving cash drawers,
mirrors, stainless steel shelves, counters, hardware, roof drain
and downspouts, ticket shelving, chain gates, placard storage
in scoreboard, and coat hooks, this work having been requested
by the Commissioner of Libraries, Auditorium, Museums and
Stadia, and agreement made with the Contractor, and a memo-
randum of said agreement having been filed with the Comptroller
and countersigned by him.

Dear Sir :
Contract Number G-328 was awarded to the Steenberg Construction Com-
pany for General Construction of the Municipal Stadium. During the course
of the work under this contract, certain changes and additions were found
to be necessary, and at the request of Commissioner Mortinson, negotiations
were conducted with the Contractor who agrees to make these changes and addi-
tions, as follows, for the total sum of $2, 170.34 which is a reasonable
amount for the labor and material involved:
Cash Drawers in Room 36 $311.82
Mirrors & Stainless Steel Shelves in Rooms 7 & 67 185.58
Counter and Shelving in Room 47 228.98
Change Hardware on Doors 39 and 43 55.73
Repair Redwood Fence by Scoreboard 52.53
Key Cabinet 30.45
Change Stair "A" rail so Press Deck Door would open 49.06
Ticket Shelving in Room 31 467.37
Install Chain gates across driveway posts with eye bolts in post - 30.25
Placard Storage in Scoreboard 437.29
Install Coat Hooks in Press Deck 91.28

Total $2, 170.34
It is therefore requested that a Resolution be submitted to the Coun-
cil authorizing an addition in the amount of $2, 170.34 to contract number
G-328 to cover the above described items.
