Resol esolved, By the Council of the
City of Saint Paul that that cer*Vjn

RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint Paul, that
that certain warranty deed of easement by Tilsenbilt Homes, Inc.,
Grantor, unto City of Saint Paul, Grantee, dated the 28th day of
May, 1957, conveying and warranting unto said Grantee an easement
for constructing and maintaining a public sewer over, under and
across that part of Lots l3, 14, 16, 17, Block 1, Tilsen's
Lincoln Park, lying within a 4 foot strip, the center line of said
4 foot strip being described as: Commencing on the northeast
corner of Lot 14, thence northwesterly to a point on the north line
of said Lot 17, said point being 18.5 feet southwesterly from the
northeasterly corner of Lot 17, all in Block 1, Tilsen's Lincoln
Park, land situated in the City of Saint Paul, County of Ramsey,
State of Minnesota, be and said warranty deed of easement hereby
is accepted by and in behalf of said Grantee, City of Saint Paul,
and that said easement hereby is dedicated as a public sewer easement
of said City of Saint Paul, for the aforesaid purposes.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Commissioner of Public Yorks
shall prepare and certify a plat of said public sewer easement and
that the City Clerk shall cause said plat, together with a duly
certified copy of this resolution to be filed, recorded and regis-
tered in the office of the registrar of Titles in and for the County
of Ramsey, State of Minnesota, without unnecessary delay.
